I can't add extra data bundle for my Unlimited data plan

Hi team,

I can’t add extra bundle since midnight of15th.

No matter via APP or SMS.

Can anyone help me to check the issue?

I have the exact same issue since yesterday. Tried texting 1266, tried the MijnKPN app, and the website. All three don't work for the extra 2GB dagbundel. What is going on?

Hi @HowieJ and @I.B.88, welcome to our forum. It is strange that both of you experience this. Do you still have this issue, or did you manage to activate the 2GB dagbundel? I've also tried it to check, it does work for me now.

It finally started working on monday morning after having no internet the entire sunday evening.

I'm glad it did work later, but the reason it didn't work remains a mystery. There was no known malfunction on our side. It might have been a short disruption at that time, which solved itself.
