I can't unblock my phone

i thought i lost my phone so i blocked the e sim temporarily with kpn 

I have found the phone and i want to unblock it

i cannot as to log in kpn has to send a code to my phone as i have no sim card i cannot receive the text 

when i ask the bot it asks me to log in

Welcome to the KPN community.

It's great that you finally found your mobile phone, and that it wasn't lost.

For security reasons, you need to enter a code to log in to your My KPN account, which you receive by text message.
However, because your eSIM is blocked, you cannot receive this code.

To unblock your eSIM, it's best to call KPN customer service at 0800-0402.
A representative can then unblock your eSIM for you.

You can also visit a KPN Store.
They can also unblock your eSIM for you. Please bring valid identification to the store, as you will be asked to do so.
