Same here, worked fine the last three times in two weeks. Now it doesn’t work any more and I receive the same sms: “Beste klant, jouw aanmelding van de VS/Canada databundel van 10 GB is helaas niet mogelijk. Ga voor meer informatie naar kpn.com/extrabundel. Groet, KPN”

 

Resetting network settings or manually changing the network operator doesn’t help either.

Did you manage to resolve this issue? Did you try activating it through MijnKPN or through sms? 


Activated it through SMS. MijnKPN app didn’t load either on coffee shop WiFi. Internet is working again as we moved to a different area. Maybe a local issue.
