KPN cancels my number without my permission

I have transferred my phone number to KPN from Lebara 3 months ago, and I’ve been using this number perfectly since. Today I got an email from KPN saying that my order of number porting has been cancelled. This email came out of nowhere. And now I don’t have a useable number, I also can’t call customer service because I don’t have an activated SIM card. This is very strange and very annoying. Wondering if anyone else had the same experience.
