KPN Cellphone network constantly dropping (especially at home)

Hi, sorry I’m still going to Dutch lessons so I will type in English. 

I took out a KPN cellphone contract as apparently it has the “best” network however I constantly have issues with the signal cutting, or being on 1-2 bars while I am in Amsterdam or Utrecht. 
 

It is especially terrible at my house and calls often drop.

That doesn’t sound like the experience you should be having. 

To help narrow this down, could you let me know:

  • Since when this started (was it from the beginning or later?)
  • If you notice it happens everywhere, or mainly at specific locations
  • Whether mobile data is also slow/unstable, or mainly calls

it started happening around February this year. It happens at most places but key places are at my home (Oud Zuid), Zuid station, Leidsche Rijn (Utrecht), and Bijlmer. 
 

both Mobile data is slow and calls randomly drop.

Since it started around February and happens on multiple locations with both calls and data, this isn’t expected.

A few quick checks:

  • What phone (brand + model) are you using?
  • Are you using eSIM or a physical SIM?
  • Have you already tried a network reset or tested your SIM in another phone?
