MB delen - unable to share MB

Hello everyone,

I apologize in advance for writing in English. Unfortunately my Dutch is not good enough yet.

I hope I can get help also in English.

I recently purchased 2 KPN mobile subscriptions: 

  • SIM with unlimited data
  • eSIM with 0 GB data

I try to share the MBs of the unlimited SIM with the other, but I get only the message below.

Both are registered at the same address and both are linked to the same KPN ID.

How can I set up my household?

How can I share the internet mobile between my 2 SIM cards?

It is solved now: the address was slightly different in my 2 mobile subscriptions.
