Mobile signal not working well since February

Hello,

Moved from Vodafone to KPN with 3 lines, 2 of them working well but 1 (this one was moved 1 month later) has almost no signal (very weak) and 90% of the times no data. Also tried different KPN Sims, same result. Before KPN it was ok with Vodafone so it is not a problem with the device. WIFI also works ok. 

Unlimited subscription

This is already going on since February.

Any idea, help?

Thanks for your message, and welcome to KPN, although I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with one of your mobile numbers. In this case my first advice would be to contact our customer service about this matter. It's possible to plan an appointment for this.
