Some time ago i got a call from KPN (i had moved to KPN internet before the call) so the lady proposed to move to KPN (cellphone) she told me that KPN would move me from my current provider and didnt have to do anything (it was Lebara). So! I accidentally found out that i am charged by Lebara for several months now!!!!!!!!

I definitely understand your questions, @Darya Tru. You don't want to pay for two subscriptions at the same time. It seems something has gone wrong when your number was transferred to KPN. My advise would be to give us a call. You can also make a call appointment (click the link). We will then call you at a time of your choosing.

Hi @Darya Tru

What exactly is your question about this?
Because that is not entirely clear from your story.

I understand that you spoke to a KPN employee, and I assume that he applied for a KPN mobile subscription together with you, including number retention.

It is important whether you have a monthly cancellable subscription with Lebara or a 2-year subscription.
With a monthly cancellable Lebara subscription you can switch to another provider every month, with a 2-year Lebara subscription you must first complete the contract before you can switch.

Hi Michel,

Thank you for your response.

My question is: why did your colleague advise me to switch to KPN if I would still need to continue paying both providers? What was the point of the transition then? I was told she would take care of everything regarding the switch, but now I find myself paying two providers at the same time, which is frustrating and confusing.

Additionally, I would like to know how I can submit a formal complaint — either to cancel my KPN service or to request that KPN resolve all the issues related to my previous provider (Lebara).

I’d appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with this.

Appreciate.
