Hello. I have a problem with multisim activation on my watch. Watch purchased with multisim, I do according to the instructions (https://www.kpn.com/mobiel-abonnement/multisim/multisim-activeren.htm) but after logging into the KPN account,

I get the message

"Deze Multisim is al in gebruik op een andere Apple Watch Om Multisim op deze Apple Watch in te stellen moet je die andere eerst opzeggen. Dit doe je door in de Apple Watch app naar 'Beheer KPN-NL account' te gaan"

but I don't have a second watch. What should I do??

Thanks for your help Maciek

@Maciek Fratczak Hi! Did you manage to resolve the issue? According to my systems Multisim has been activated successfully. Did you switch phones after the activation process? If it still doesn't work I would advisese you to contact our customerservice during business hours. The number is 0800-0402.

Hello.

My phone has not been changed in the last year.  I bought the watch a few days ago, I didn't have an apple watch before, this is my first apple watch.  Thanks for the answer, before I wrote it seems to me that I have already read the whole forum.  I have to call, I have no other choice.

 Regards Maciek

@Maciek Fratczak I have deleted the multisim on our side. To be on the save side, let's give it an hour or two to fully process this. Then, restart your phone and watch, and activate Multisim again through your MijnKPN.

Now I have this window when trying to set up a mobile network

Hi @Maciek Fratczak, as you see I've moved your replies to a topic of your own. This waty it's easier to folow the conversation.

The error you get now is a strange one.

Do both your iPhone and Apple Watch have the most recent software installed? And have you tried reinstalling the MijnKPN app to see if that makes a difference?

My KPN applications, uninstalled and installed.

Yesterday, only once, tariff plans showed up as I selected add a plan in the application.  but for 4 seconds it disappeared

There is a change, I hope for the better.

All software seems up to date on your screenshots. I don't read Polish but by comparing it to my own iPhone I figured oud what the important things are 🙂

I've tried something on our end @Maciek Fratczak, can you try to activate the multisim again?

Do you (or anyone else in your household) have another Apple Watch? If so, can you check the Watch app on the iPhone connected to it and check the carrier settigns as your screenshot suggests?

I only have a watch.

That is odd, the message says it is connected to another Apple Watch. I've tried to release the multisim now, when you try to activate it again now what happens? If it still gives us an error I'll contact a specialist to take at it too.

I literally have the same
