SIM blocked after use in router

Beste antwoord door bnh

If it was a 06- number, it’s not allowed for that purpose, you need a 097- number. Contact customer support to unblock this one and order a data-only SIM card.

The phone number is 0800-0402 (or 1200 if you're calling from a KPN mobile line).

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Sunday: Closed

Or simply schedule a call online, they’ll call you back at a time that suits you!

Beste @Vatavu Daniel , dat klopt, in een router mag uitsluitend een datasim met een 097 nummer gebruikt worden en niet een 06 nummer om mee te bellen wegens een tekort aan 06 nummers.

Dear @Vatavu Daniel , that is correct, in a router only a data SIM with a 097 number may be used and not a 06 number for calling due to a shortage of 06 numbers.

Hi Daniel, welcome to our community.

Great to see that the users here have already been able to help you out.

As mentioned, a regular SIM card with an 06-number may not be used in standalone routers. For this we offer different subscriptions, namely data-only plans including a version with unlimited internet. Please check our website for more details.

I hope this is helpful to you.Â
