No confirmation on order for Extra Bundle abroad

Hello,

I ordered a 10gb bundle while in Albania. I am yet to receive a confirmation, but I cannot call kpn to see this without risking paying extra costs. How do I do this ? I urgently need to use mobile data

Hi ​@Pablo FLORES GOMEZ and welcome to our KPN Community. Understandable that you'd want a confirmation of the bundle when it's been ordered to avoid potential extra costs. 

Have you received a confirmation in the meantime? If not, have you checked your MijnKPN or the MijnKPN app if you have it? 
Any active bundles are visible there, so there you should be able to see whether it's active or not. 

If it's not in there and you still haven't received a confirmation, then the order might’ve not come through. In that case I suggest you try ordering again.
