Not able to change address in MijnKPN and can't contact support for help

Hello, I have been trying for two days to change my address in MijnKPN. Every time I attempt it, the website displays a message that I can only change my address once per day, even though I have not made any change yet. I also tried via the chat assistant Dot, but it directs me back to the same page. I cannot contact support by phone. How can I update my address or get assistance?

Hi ​@prisci. Welcome to the KPN Community. Sorry to hear that changing your address in MijnKPN isn’t working and that you keep seeing this message, even though you haven’t been able to make any changes yet. That’s of course not how it should be.

Have you been able to update your address in the meantime, or are you still experiencing the same issue?
