Hi,

 

At 03/10, I receive new sim card with number porting. But now 06/10, still sim card is not activated. Current provider service is still working.

The message says that on 05/10 the porting is taking place.

 

Could you tell me why? And how to fix??

Hello @Cristianx3, i checked your subscription and see that on 11-10-2023 11:00:00 your number is ported to KPN.
