Possible to order and collect a phone at store?

Hi, 

as i have had multiple unsuccessful deliveries with KPN, is it possible to order a business phone with a subscription and have it delivered to a nearby store for collection?

Hoi ​@Harini. Welcome to the community! I can imagine how frustrating it must be when delivery fails multiple times. Unfortunately, for business orders it isn’t possible to have a phone with a subscription delivered to a KPN Store for pickup. Business orders are always shipped to the specified delivery address.

What can help is contacting our business customer service to arrange a different delivery time. They can look along with you for the best solution.
