Recommerce not paying €100 bonus

I have the same problem with recommerce.

i,ve trade in my iphone 7 plus for which I was supposed to get 100€ bonus as I bought a iphone14 pro 

I have already uploaded invoices on their  site and sent them a reminder for bonus 3 times and there has been no reponse yet.

I’m sending emails to support-tradein+nl@recommerce.com

I sent the last email yesterday -15th May.

The phone was sent on 2nd May and received by them on 5th of May.

That's unfortunate Ishan. In my experience it can take a couple of weeks before the bonus has been sorted out. There wasn't any acknowledgement that they at leas receive your mail?
