Second SIM card with EU country passport

Hi, I am trying to get a second SIM card online but I cant as my passport was issued on an EU country and the online form is not accepting it. Also, the stores are closed so I can not go and manage it in person. Is there another way I could get a second SIM card if I am already a client for Internet, TV and SIM card?

    Hello @RichardMalaco. When you are a foreigner with a EU pasport it is not possible to order online. I am really sorry but the only way is to order in a KPN store. At the moment our stores are closed and it is only possible to make an appointment in emergency cases.
