Sim card suddenly stopped working

Hi, I suddenly lost all phone connectivity (sms, phone calls, mobile data), as my sim card randomly stopped working.
My phone displayed a “no sim card” message all of a sudden. I restarted it but it didn’t do anything. 

I am on a regular bundle so no top up needed, using iphone Xr.

Hello @Alex_Lou, if a restart of your phone did not solve this issue, the fastest way to fix this problem is switch to a new simcard. If you visit a KPN store nearby you walk out of there with a new simcard.

Go to a KPN-winkel in the city. They will help you. And maybe you receive a new simcard.
