I didn’t understand something, where exactly do I need to write all the names?

I can't find the tab in my profile where I need to enter names.

Just fill it in under "Persoonlijke opmerkingen”. 

Hello. We came from Ukraine. We are a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children. We live in Hulst. I read that you give free SIM cards, we really need such SIM cards for communication. Is it possible for us to get sim cards?

We are a family from Ukraine. My mother and I were told that we could get simcards from KPN. I already filled my profile in with our names and our address. Is it possible for us to get sim cards?
