Hello, for 1 week I had a problem with connecting to the KPN network, I often lose connection and have to restart the phone and manually select the operator. I use an e-SIM of a Bulgarian mobile operator in roaming. I live in Tilburg and so far I have not had such problems. Please help me.

Hi @Miroslava Alexandrova

Welcome to the KPN community.

You have a mobile subscription (with eSIM) with a Bulgarian provider, so you're not a direct KPN customer, but you do use the KPN mobile network.

The KPN mobile network might not be strong enough where you're staying in Tilburg, causing the connection to keep dropping.

Therefore, I advise you to manually try the mobile networks of Odido NL or Vodafone NL.
They might have good coverage where you're staying in Tilburg.

You can manually search for a mobile network in your smartphone's menu; you'll usually find this option under "Mobile Network" or "Network Settings," depending on the operating system.

You can also contact your own provider in Bulgaria to inquire about roaming in the Netherlands.
However, KPN itself cannot directly help you with this.

Hi @Miroslava Alexandrova, welcome to the community. I see Michel has already given you some tips. If that doesn't work, his last tip to contact your Bulgarian provider is also what I would advise. We can only see details of KPN customers, we can't see anything from other providers - domestic or abroad. Only your own provider can tell you more.
