Switch from Vodafone to KPN today, no network now

Hi. I’ve requested a switch from Vodafone to KPN. Today is the day when the switch takes effect. I’m abroad and have no network nor access to my phone number anymore. Could you please help me activate my number?

Hi! Welcome to the KPN Community, and at the same time, welcome to KPN. 💚 It’s understandable that you want to start using KPN services as soon as possible.

Have you already received and activated your KPN SIM card?

If so, your Vodafone SIM card will stop working today between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. That’s the moment you can switch SIM cards, and the KPN one should start working. This process should happen almost automatically.

Give it a little time. It should all work out, and if not, we (as fellow customers) are happy to help you further here.
