Switched mobile number to KPN but now OTP doesn't work, why?

I ported my number from Vodafone to KPN soon after which I am unable to receive OTP from any platform. Normal SMS works but OTP used for verification doesn’t.

I checked this forum, seen multiple people facing the same issue since 6-year. That’s crazy to know.

Has anyone found a solution, or should I port back to Vodafone?

Hi @Richie3007, welcome to our community. Sometimes it seems neccesary to set up your OTP again with it's provider. If that also does'nt solve the issue you can raise a ticket with that company and our customer service. You can schedule a call on kpn.com/english
