Hello, I signed up for a new sim card with unlimited data which was received via mail yesterday. 

I have followed the instructions to activate the card and have tried it in 2 different phones however it shows full bars but no data after over 24 hours. 

I do not speak Dutch and am unable to reach anyone via phone.

My colleagues on 0800-0402 or the chat on www.kpn.com/service should also be able to help you in english! Those channels are usually the quickest for things like this.
Otherwise I can also take a look ofcourse. I have a few questions to start with!

  • Is it prepaid or postpaid subscription?
  • Are you currently in the Netherlands?
  • Have you restarted the phone? Sometimes it needs that to connect to our network.
  • Could you also update your profile? Could you include your address,phone number and add the last 3 digits of your IBAN (or simcardnumber in the case of prepaid)in the “persoonlijke opmerkingen”field? Please let me know when you’ve filled it in so I can take a look!
