I enter my puk code incorrectly , so my sim card is blocked.

please let me know how to unblock the sim

 

Did you enter the PUK ten (10) times wrong??!! You weren't convinced after, say, the third time that it was wrong?

After 10 times the wrong PUK it can only be solved by a new simcard.

Fastest way: in a real shop. (KPN shop; Mediamarkt; Optie1; Phonehouse, others)

Via internet (hopefully you have allready a MijnKPN account otherwise this is not an option).

Via this forum the KPN moderators unfortunately can’t provide this service.
