Vóór 21:00 besteld, morgen in huis klopt niet. Levertijd is 5 dagen

KPN website: Vóór 21:00 besteld, morgen in huis.

After placing a 1200 EUR order,

AMP delivery: 5 days minimum.

The calendar contains all available days and times. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a faster alternative through our contact center. they dont pickup the phone, I was waiting for 20 minutes on the line.

I have a flight before delivery time, so cannot get the phone and the SIM. and KPN already scheduled my mobile number transfer, so it will be disconnected tomorrow, the delivery could not even reach out to me.

Any idea?

Should I cancel the order?

    Hi and welcome to our Community ​@arichen! It's a bit busy at the moment, therefore we weren't able to visit your topic and question sooner.

    I'm sorry to hear that the delivery turned out to be later than expected, after you placed the order. I can imagine that it's troublesome, especially if you have a flight to catch. Did you manage to contact our customer service in the meantime for help with this? Another option for a next time may be to visit the KPN shop nearby. They may have some phones in stock and otherwise our colleagues over there can help you to review an order and look at the possibilities.

    I really hope it worked out in the meantime, and hope you'll be having a good flight!
