Weak mobile signal in the Well, Nieuwegein

I just moved to my new apartment on the 11th floor of the Well, located at Weverstede in Nieuwegein. The KPN signal is quite weak here, only 1 or 2 bars shown all the time. Due to this I am not able to receive calls or browse internet efficiently. Can KPN do something about this?

I see a brand new apartment building on Google maps. Probably very well insulated. That's good for your energy bill, but less so for your mobile phone reception. KPN can't do much about that. Their nearest mobile transmitter is on the roof of the Cityplaza shopping centre, so very close.

Don’t you have internet with wifi in your apartment? Activate "Calling via WiFi” on your mobile, that should solve your problem.
