Weak signal in Berkel en Rodenrijs

Hello, I live by Westpolder station in Berkel en Rodenrijs and I my iPhone 17 cannot reliably take calls on the KPN network esim.  My RSRP drifts between -120 and -127.  I have a 4gb fiber and have it set to use Wifi calling, but my calls almost always end up unusable.  Is there a way to request an improvement for the area or recommendations on getting a reliable configuration using the wifi?  Perhaps a cellular signal booster?

    It must be really frustrating when you can't make reliable calls at home so a good thing that you are mentioning this issue. 

    To help me get a better understanding of the situation, could you clarify a few things?

    • Do you experience these problems everywhere, or mainly at home or in certain locations?

    • How long has this been happening? Did calls work reliably in the past?

    • Do you know if other people using KPN in your neighbourhood experience similar issues?

    With this information, we can better judge whether the problem might be related to local mobile coverage or something else. Looking forward hearing from you again 🙏🏻
