On the 3rd of February I ordered the newest Samsung with an abonnement (possibility to cancel monthly) and paid the whole phone straight away. 15 minutes later I received an email saying that the order was cancelled. I called to KPN and spoke with 2 different people and they didnt see why my order had been cancelled. Just said that I can order again if I want to.
Well the whole thing is quite annoying as it is, but even more, because I havent received my money back. Just wondering when that will be?

Typically, once an order is canceled, the refund is processed automatically and should be credited back to your account within five to seven business days.
