When will i receive my Samsung Galaxy S24?

Dears,

I have done renewal of my contract with KPN and with a subscription for a mobile but from 2 March 2024 still I havent received the device , the only thing i have received is the massage Out Of Stock.

I dont understand if something is out of Stock, why is mentioned on the website. When I renwe the contract was not mentioned out of stock, only after i closed the contract I received the message that the phone is out of stock. Its more than a week and still i dont know when I will receive the device. 

Can someone reply aspa as i need the phone for work pupropse. When i will recieve the mobile device?? Can i go and collect ot KPN Shop??

Hi @Ergys, how unfortunate that you have to wait! I see that S24 Yellow and Violet are not available at the moment. We expect to receive these this week. We will send you an e-mail when there is a S24 available for you.
