When will my new mobile contract be active?

Hello all,

I had Budget Mobile month-to-month and signed with KPN to change my line to it.

I received the phone that I buyed and the chip, but still no ideal when is it getting changed.

I have no more data in my current budget mobile plan, and I would like to make use of the new paid service.

What should I do?

Hi

I want to add that I signed KPN the 9 of september while my Budget month-by-month payment is about to renew the 17 of september.
Still have no informed date of the start date.
The only information that I had while confirming the change to KPN was of the contract of the other provider, which should end now on 17th.
But if this gets delayed, I will not be able to use KPN for too much time and have only 14 days of regret.

 

 
 
 

Hi Diego! I can understand the confusion. It isn't possible for a mobile number to be active with two different providers. So you number should be ported on the day your current contract ends with Budget Mobile. Which depends on the terms of said contract. If you're still unsure you should contact customer support on 0800-0402.
