Why doesn't the new mobile subscription take effect immediately?

I recently wanted to change my subscription and thought it would take effect immediately, but I found that I had to wait until the 20th to take effect. Is there any way for me to change the subscription immediately? Many products support this function.

Jouw nieuwe voorwaarden gaan pas in na afloop van de huidige factuurperiode. Dat kan niet anders. 

Het is mogelijk om nu per direct een extra bundel te activeren zodat je de komende elf dagen meer data hebt. 

 

Your new terms and conditions will only take effect after the current billing period ends. This is unavoidable.

It is now possible to activate an additional bundle immediately so that you have more data for the next eleven days.

You're previous subscription (contract) hasn't finished yet. Only then your new subscription can take effect.

It's only 11 days yet as i understand.

No.

And Yes. But to by off your current subscription for only 11 days…. I advice some patience.

If you want to by off your current subscription can only via calling kpn. Toll free 0800-0402.

Mon - Fri 08:00 till 18:00 hours. Saturday till 17:00. Sundays closed.

If the change cannot be made immediately, can I cancel my plan change? I can't see the page where I can cancel the change.

Cancelling can only by calling 0800-0402 

Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00; Sat till 17:00

By the way 

The chosen bundel can also be changed after one month. So from 22 november.
