A power adapter is missing in the installation package

I have received my installation package today but I only received 1 power adapter , so Ieither plug it in to the modem or to the little black box on the wall but either way internet will not work. 

How can I get the missing one? 

I am afraid that they switch off my internet from my current provider tomorrow and since I am working from home I will not be able to continue my job. 

Possible maybe to pickup one in person in one of the KPN Stores?

You can call customer support and they’ll send you a replacement straight away.

The phone number is 0800-0402 (or 1200 if you are calling from a KPN mobile connection).

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00
  • Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00
  • Sunday closed
  • For outages, KPN is available 24/7.

You can also easily schedule a call appointment online, and they will call you back at a time that suits you!
