How can i replace my KPN modem?

my ZTE modem doesn’t work properly, how can I get a new (and I hope better) one ?

Welcome ​@Christophe Cugge, sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your modem. We don't just replace them without knowing what the problem is. The quickest way to get this looked at is through my colleagues on the phone. You an use our call me now/later option for that. They can run checks and troubleshoot with you. And if it is determined the modem is the problem, they will replace it.

You can also explain the issues here if you'd like for me, and other community members, to think along and see what could be the problem.


Thanks. I tried to call but it’s basically a robot that only speaks english. The call now later, well, I don’t a link to taht on the page you send, but again useless FAQs. 

 

The problem is simple, I need to restart my modem every time I want to watch Netflix. My PCs have very limited to no connectivity. I have resent to factory settings countless times. Restarting only fixes the issue temporarily or not at all. I am rather frustrated with the issue and the impossibility to speak to anyone from KPN. This issues started last year after a firmware ‘upgrade’ of the modem by KPN.


Sorry, a robot that doesn’t speak English but only Dutch.
