I am a new customer, when does my Box12 update?

Hi, sorry I don’t speak dutch

I received my box 12 last friday and spent the whole week-end to install my network. Unfortunately, I can’t access the  box via 192.168.2.254 experiencing the well known “ Wrong login information” issue
Despite several factory reset of the box and the Superwifi 2, after each reset , after a few hours it’s not possible to connect anymore.
Could you launch a remote firmware update? ?
