KPN Box 12 port forwarding stopped working

I have a home server and have set up port forwarding for ssh , http and HTTPS. It was working fine until two days ago and now the ports are closed. 

I am currently not in the Netherlands and I can't access my home server anymore :(

I checked on yougetsignal and I see all the ports are now closed.

 

I was able to access it earlier.can KPN support amend my firewall rules and allow these ports ?

Hey ​@Uviv and welcome to the KPN Community! Thank you for your message. Sorry to hear that port forwarding on your KPN Box 12 is no longer working.

Please note that we are unable to make any changes to your modem settings remotely. This is intentionally set up for security reasons, ensuring that only you have control over your network and settings.

I recommend checking the port forwarding settings on your modem at home to ensure they are correctly configured. Verify that the correct internal IP addresses and port numbers are set and that no conflicting rules are in place.

If the problem persists, feel free to let us know so we can assist you further.
