KPN router is blocking VPN connection

Hi

We have spent 4 months getting an internet connection sorted out by KPN, which is bad enough already. Now that we finaly have it connected we find that our users cannot espblish a VPN connection to our servers here in the UK. I can ping the the host, but i cannot visit it. What settings do I have to change on the router to stop this behaviour?

Hello @Terrible service.

How unfortunate that you're unable to use the VPN connection. As far as I know, it should be plug and play. We don't block VPN connections. I don't know why you're not able to use the VPN. Perhaps it's your VPN blocking the IP address?
