Modem returned via DHL from abroad, but address of KPN was not found

Hi. I’ve returned my modem after the cancellation. Due to accident, I wasn’t able to send it from Netherlands and sent it from abroad with DHL. I got it back with address not found though used address provided by KPN (also confirmed in this community). I’m getting prompts to send the modem but obviously not going to pay another 20 eur for it. Any help please?

A 'antwoordnummer’ is a PostNL address and is only valid within the Netherlands. You can try this adres from abroad (but not with DHL).
