Dear KPN,

I would like to order a new modem (I think my current one is box 12).

My current one is broken due to a water leakage to my power distribution room.

I would like to know how to order/arrange that.

Quickest way to get a new modem is to call Customer Service on 0800-0402, you will get some options in dutch, just ignore that and say you want to speak to an employee.


Last time you had support from KPN, a mechanic fixed your fiber optic box. Ans now youre Box 12 is broken? Some really bad luck! 

You still need support? Or did the customer service help you to get a new Box 12?

Yes the issue is resolved, new modem was delivered and old one was returned.
