Hello there
I have a question regarding PostNL delivery. 
They did multiple attempts of the delivery, but failed each. 

I called then, and they told me, they can do nothing. They can’t even add my phone number as a contact number, so they told me to ask ‘sender’ to do so.
So here am I.

Could you please reach PostNL and tell them to call me, if they can’t reach me? 

The message is that they shall deliver today (20 december 2022) between 18:45 and 20:15 hour.

And PostNL has nothing to do by KPN company.

Best to contact  PostNL  yourself, if the package again shall not be delivered today.

Hello @Babylonia . Yes, i know it’s different companies, but communication very broken
As far as you can see on the screenshoot, they tried to deliver every day since December 14. 

I did contact PostNL, and they said they can do nothing, and I have to contact KPN, to make them change order and add my phone number as contact number.

If you send me to PostNL again, I believe I will never get my internet 


Inmiddels verder vertraagd naar 21 december. Dit gaat niet goed. 


Isnt better to notify them about sending it to a PostNL point in your neighborhood instead to your home?
Looks like me you arnt home or they cant find the house.

Het pakketje is op 22-12-2022 om 10.43 bezorgd bij jouw buren op nummer 47. 

The sending is just delivered (10.43) to your neighbours on number 47.
