To KPN:

The box that the modem comes in is sealed with tape with a very weak adhesive. Therefore it is very easy for a malicious actor to open the box, take out the modem and take a picture of the WiFi password and admin password that appears at the back of the modem. Then the modem can be placed back in the box and the box can be re-sealed, all without leaving any evidence of tampering. Such an event can occur if the box is left in a place where neighbors can access it.

To prevent this, please use tamper-evident security tape to seal the box before shipping it. Thanks.
