Trying to set outbound rule in modem for port 22 ssh

Hello,

I need to connect to a cluster but the ssh times out only on the home internet (mobile hotspot or other internet works). I’ve looked into the firewall settings and seems like ExperiaBox v10A has a mandatory high and does not let me change it. 

 

The help manual suggests access control but that option is not available for me

 

 

 

DMZ also seems to not do anything.

All ports are already open to the internet, the firewall is for incoming traffic from the internet.
DMZ is opening everything from the internet to the local device you defined, very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing, turn that off if you haven't done that already.

 

How do you connect to the cluster, by hostname or IP address?
When do you get a timeout, when you try to connect to the IP address or hostname of the cluster or after you get a ssh login prompt and try to login?
