WiFi network name does not match the name on the back of my new modem

Hi everyone,

My KPN contract just started and I tried installing the modem today, but I’m running into a strange issue.

The WiFi network name doesn’t match the name printed on the back of the modem. It makes me think this might be a used modem and the previous owner changed the WiFi name.

I already tried doing a factory reset. After resetting, I briefly see the original WiFi name (the one printed on the modem), but after a short while it switches back to the old name again.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any idea how to fix it, or should I contact KPN for a replacement?
