Beware of scam

Today I've received on my personal phone number a text from (...) ‬ stating

"Kpn 

Aanmaning:
U heeft momenteel nog een bedrag van 43,75 bij ons openstaan.
Betaal op tijd en voorkom afsluiting van uw netwerk.
(...) 

This is an obvious scam. How did they get my phone number?

​Hi @Coraliet, welcome to our forum. If you have no KPN subscription this is probably phishing. If that is the case, they just put 8 numbers in a row to send a text message to. That way they can use every number imaginable. 
Do you have a KPN subscription? If you don't, you can ignore the text message. If you do, we could take a look at it to make sure there is no actual open amount.

    Niet op klikken! Dit is inderdaad phishing. 
     

    Niemand heeft jouw telefoonnummer gedeeld. Ze hebben waarschijnlijk random nummers gebruikt.
