I used to live in the Netherlands and had a kpn card. Then i moved elsewhere and stopped using it. The last message i got from kpn was in June. Is there a way to reactivate my sim card?

I doubt that, @Yuliia Zembovych . If you want to know for sure you will need to call 0800 0402.  I can't help you with that here on the forum.

My colleague can check if the number is truly gone or if there is still a change to recover it.

Hi @Yuliia Zembovych . Welcome to the KPN Community.

Thanks for your message. If the SIM has been inactive for quite some time, it may no longer be possible to reactivate it, but we can check that for you.

What happens when you try to use the SIM card at the moment? For example, does your phone show any signal or does it give an error? With that information we can see what options are still available.

Hi, @Erwin van KPN, thank you for replying. Currently it just says no service. I’m quite sure it’s been like that for some time (maybe a few weeks?)If my sim card is in fact deactivated, can i buy it out again (same number) if it hasn’t been purchased already? Are there any other mechanisms is place? TIA
