Prepaid activation outside Netherlands

Hi,

I have bought a prepaid KPN Sim while in Netherlands and did not directly activate it. Now I am outside the Netherlands and desperately need to activate it. I put the number and the SIM number into my profile. Can you please activate the SIM?

As you found out, you can only activate this yourself when you are in the Netherlands, connected to the KPN network. However, a KPN employee can do this for you remotely.
