Prepaid sim activation outside The Netherlands

Hello,

I bought a KPN prepaid SIM card in the Netherlands but did not activate it at the time. I am now in France and urgently need to activate it.

I have added the phone number and the ICCID number to my profile.

Could a KPN employee please help me activate this SIM card?

Unfortunately not. Since the beginning of December it’s not possible anymore to have a KPN prepaid SIM card activated outside the Netherlands. A KPN employee cannot help you with this. You can only do this yourself before leaving the Netherlands.

      Hello ​@Bralex, i have to disappoint you. We (KPN) don't activate Prepaid SIM cards anymore outside The Netherlands.
