Prepaid Sim with lots of minutes, can not phone Canada

Hi Allison! That's strange. If your prepaid bundle is sufficiënt you should be a able to call to a number in Canada. Please keep in mind that it can get really expensive. You can find the current rates here.  Did you manage to contact the number in question? 

Thank you for your reply.  No, I was not able to get through on my Dutch cell #.  I had to travel to my sons home and use his cellphone….. not ideal 

I have a lot of credit on my prepaid bundle.  

I will stop into a KPN store and ask them about it.
