I have taken a storytel subscription as a part of black friday bundle but after following all the advised steps, I cannot activate my storytel, it shows error every time I click on the “Activate Story tel” link

 

This externediensten.kpn.com page can’t be found

No web page was found for the web address: https://externediensten.kpn.com/Activeren

HTTP ERROR 404

Hi @Cant activate story tel, welcome to our forum! Did you manage to get it working in the meantime?

I’m already aware about this article and I have tried all the steps mentioned, but unfortunately it still throws 404

can you try it with a different browser and/or from a different device?
