Hi, I was asked by my new Internet provider to contact KPN to get installed a junction box for ADSL (unfortunately fiber optic is not yet available). Can someone please address me to a KPN website link to ask for that, if any available?

Thanks!

This is not correct. If you are having problems with your ADSL connection point, your provider is the one that needs to contact KPN to send a mechanic.

This community is for KPN customers. Since you are not a KPN customer they will not be able to help you.

Thanks for the quick reply. I thought the same, but the provider told me that they work with KPN, therefore it’s with them to support. I understood that the provider uses KPN connections (rental). However when I asked them to arrange directly with KPN, they said that it’s up to me to fix the main junction box connection… I know it sounds confusing

Who is your internetprovider @DanteS ???

I called KPN and got confirmed that they have nothing to do with this. By the way, the provider is Budget-All in 1.

Thanks

In case of Budget you really have to contact them directly. You are a customer of Budget, they are able to contact KPN wholesale and they will send an engineer. If you were a direct KPN customer you could contact KPN directly but this is not the case

In this case you need to contact Budget and Budget needs to contact KPN, the networkdepartment, not  KPN the provider @DanteS

Hi @DanteS, welcome to the community. In situations like this you need to contact your own provider, Budget in your case. They can create a ticket for an engineer and KPN will send one. On this community we are the provider KPN, we're not the network side.

We can only see KPN customers, just like Budget can only see their customers.
