Cannot connect to Tado Thermostat set bridge

Hi there,

I just bought a Tado wired thermostat starter kit, but my bridge is not recognised by my KPN 12 box. Did anyone have faced the same issue before? Really appreciate any guide given by you. Many thanks!

Did you connect the LAN cable from the bridge into the Box V12 ?

Yes, I connected the LAN cable to the ethernet hole behind the Box and also plug the power cable. However, the router led on Tado bridge is just blinking and nothing happen.
