No internet access on the activation date

Hi,

I received the package with the router and cables 3 days ago, and in the box it says that the activation date is the 28/08/2020, however, the wifi signal is received but there is no internet access.

Could you please help me understanding what happened?

Sorry to read your connections isn't working yet. You hooked up the experiabox? What lights turned on?

Hi @Erwin_ , thank you for your reply. The power and wifi lights are on and the internet light is blinking. It seems like it hasn't been activated. I have filled out my profile page. I hope you can help me further.
